How long will it take to get my order?

Every thalã V piece is made especially for you as soon as you place an order.

  • Production: 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your items.
  • Shipping Estimates:
    • Poland: 3–6 business days.
    • Europe: 5–10 business days.
    • USA: 5–10 business days.
    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes 🌍. We ship to almost every corner of the globe. We offer Free Shipping on orders over 250 PLN (Poland) and €70 (International). For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Why does it take a few days to ship?

We operate on a made-to-order model. This means we don't have warehouses full of unsold stock. By only making what is ordered, we reduce textile waste and stay true to our goal of sustainability.

What is your return policy?

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please email us at hello@thalav.com within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Change of Mind/Sizing: Because each item is custom-printed for you, we encourage you to check our size guides carefully before ordering. If you still need a return, you have 30 days to request one. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in Poland.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our production process is automated with our printing partners, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your piece may already be in production!

Do you make custom products?

At this time, all thalã V items are made to order but not personalized. Personalized items may come in the future!
