Refund policy

At thalã V, we want you to love your everyday staples. Because our items are mindfully made-to-order to reduce waste, we ask that you carefully review our sizing guides before purchasing. However, if something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

Our return window

  • 30 days from the day you received your order to request a return
  • For EU customers, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies (see below).

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, fragrance, or washing.

How to start a return

  1. Please email hello@thalav.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with return approval and instructions, including the specific return address. (Depending on your location, we may route you to a local address to save you time and shipping costs).
  3. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or to us without contacting us first. Unregistered returns cannot be tracked or processed.

Who pays for Return Shipping?

  • Change of mind / wrong size: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
  • Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: We will cover the replacement or provide a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues 

We pride ourselves on quality, but mistakes occasionally happen! Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email hello@thalav.com within 7 days of delivery.

Important: Please include clear photos of the defect or damage in your email so we can quickly process a free replacement or refund for you.

Exchanges

Because our items are made specifically for you on-demand, traditional exchanges take a bit longer. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new size or color.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Items must be unused and in original condition. Simply email hello@thalav.com to register your withdrawal and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds

We’ll email you when your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.

Cancellations & order changes

To ensure fast delivery, our production process begins very shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or change your order (e.g., updating a shipping address or changing a size), please email hello@thalav.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the printing process has begun.
